Once you've booked your session, you will received a confirmation email as well as appointment reminders leading up to your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries, provided it's outside the 24hr cancellation period. You can reschedule yourself via this portal. Otherwise, your session will be charged in full and the time will not be made up.
